Cancellation & Reschedule
We kindly ask that if you are to reschedule or cancel please do so 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. You can text via square, text/call 860-593-4032, or email moonlitpath.healing@gmail.com.

If you have to cancel within 24 hours, we completely understand that emergencies happen! In order to respect the practitioner and other people's time let Victoria know as soon as you can. We honor 1 rescheduled/cancelled appointment. If you reschedule/cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%-100% of your scheduled service.

No call,
No show
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future services are subject to review.

Refunds
All sales are final and refunds are not provided. However, if you make a full purchase for a workshop or service and have to cancel/reschedule you will get a credit towards your next service or workshop for Moonlit Path Healing. For example, if you purchase a workshop, but decide you are not going to attend and have given at least 72-hours advance notice, you can use that “credit” towards a different Moonlit Path Healing Workshop, or a Reiki.
