My journey started as a young girl helping injured and lost animals in the neighborhood. The love of helping lead me to my B.A. in Psychology and to working with people that live with mental illness. Quickly I learned that I had an imbalance in helping others and not myself. I started to learn and work through traumas, limited beliefs, and bad habits. My journey in helping and healing myself has brought me back to helping others again. Through many tears, laughter, and moments of quiet introspection, I continue on my healing journey.
