Many people ask me..."How do you know all of this?!" and I freeze..."idk, i just do?" Truth be told, I like to learn. Learn through experience, my intuition, reading, listening, courses and immersing myself in spiritual community. 

You can know ALL of the information, but until you experience and put it into action...you will never truly know anything. So I give you this list as a starting point. I am not the end all, be all. We lead different lives. Explore, use your senses, experience, feel, & LIVE!
